H1N1 Vaccinations To Be Offered To Guantanamo Bay Detainees

How is it that that these terrorist can get the H1N1 vaccine and the seasonal flu vaccine when my family here in the United States cannot? Our neighbor's daughter is in the hospital with H1N1 and the vaccine is in short supply, but our government claims these prisoners on a remote island are high risk.
